I believe that life has to be lived and used in any way since time is the only unrestorable source. Each period of life has its charms therefore one should do and love what they do.

goal

It is not my goal to find the best orchestra and shout that I have come to the best opera house in the world, but feel how magnificent musician, working with me, can interpret a play.

music

Music cannot be described by words, it talks itself. And when it talks from inside us – it is something magnificent.

orchestra

It takes experience and time to become a self-assured conductor. Authority and work are gained by knowledge. If the orchestra has in front of itself a person who knows what to do in any moment, then the orchestra is confident and trusts that person. Mutual trust comes with time.
